Home Finder (Home Search)
The Home Finder is a powerful home search tool. It allows visitors of your website to search across all your communities based on content which is completely definable by yourself. Some examples of this include whether they wish to own or rent, number of bedrooms, bathrooms and proximity to specific landmarks/locations including schools, malls and more. Also integrated into the Home Finder are Google Maps, allowing live visual representation of each of your communities.

Media Gallery Module
Our Media Gallery module is available in 3 different configurations. It features the ability to display multiple media types including JPG, GIF, PNG, Flash FLV movies. Captions can also be added as well as the ability to decide the display order of the media within it.

Design Center
The Design Center page allows you to showcase your Design Center and options selection process, include information about the type of options and upgrades you offer. Moreover, you can incorporate our Virtual Design Center and allow buyers to see how simple selecting options over the web can be.

Floor Plan Module
The Floor Plan module allows buyers and prospects to view a complete listing of floor plans available within any of your developments. The thumbnail view allows for sorting by predefined criteria and displays an at a glance view including real time availability, square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms for each lot/unit. It also allows gives complete control to visitors of your website to compare various floor plans, add them to a list of favorites or remove models from the list which do not meet their requirements, helping to narrow down their selections to a more manageable number.

Communication Module
The Communication Module is designed to allow you to display and archive news and events about your company and its projects. This information will display not only on the News Page but also on the sites home page. The News Page displays a thumbnail image and short description of the news event. Users can see the complete news event by simply clicking the thumbnail image.

Customer Portal (Scrapbook)
The customer portal allows your buyers to manage everything related to the purchase of their home from initially selecting their favorite floor plans right through to managing warranty issues.
