Position Overview

We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills and expertise in building and delivering enterprise business software. Your outstanding abilities in creating object oriented internet-based software applications have positioned you as a leader in the field. You have demonstrated excellence in project planning and leading groups.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and participates in efforts to define, implement and maintain a standard business architecture framework for the company ensuring that a consistent approach to business analysis and specifications are followed, and that solutions are defined, within the context of the overall framework and long-term business vision.
  • Manage test plans, Knowledge Base and other documentation
  • Manage business requirement and specification delivery, ensuring consistency with the company business process framework.
  • Test web applications, functional testing, integration testing and load testing of applications along with database input
  • Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.
  • Assists developers in identifying program and or system errors.
  • Identifies potential design flaws and refers to development team for resolution
  • Act as Quality Assurance Engineer to staff in all phases of the development and implementation process, assisting with documentation and support implementation efforts
  • Responsible, as a BA/ QA Team Leader to ensure team acquires detailed knowledge of current business processes, and works together to consistently deepen business knowledge and provide valuable business insight
  • Works under minimal supervision with an ability to work in a team environment and able to deploy industry standard best IT practices.
  • Assists developers in identifying program and or system errors.
  • Identifies potential design flaws and refers to development team for resolution
  • Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective actions

Experience & Skills

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

  • Experience with automation testing and scripting
  • Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment with weekly releases
  • Experience leading offshore teams
  • Excellent communication (Oral & written) and documentation skills along with good organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, IIS
  • Good debugging and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of using Windows Server, Web Server and SQL Server

Marketing Manager

 

Position Overview

As the Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the production of all promotional materials, promotional campaigns (especially digital content creation, search engine optimization, social media & various ad platforms) and sales aids for both CondoNow and its parent company Aareas Interactive. Travel will be limited but required.

Responsibilities

  • Look for new opportunities to get our current product/service line more exposure
  • Participate in the development of sales and marketing plans
  • Development of marketing programs including blog articles, social media posts, digital ad campaigns, press releases, email, seminars, tradeshows etc.
  • Work closely with management and support staff to execute marketing initiatives
  • Identify market opportunities and trends

Experience & Skills

The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:

  • Must have live and breathe web-based and content marketing (digital asset creation, blog platforms, social media and content management platforms)
  • Expert with Search Engine Marketing (both organic and PPC)
  • University/College degree in business, marketing or public relations is preferred
  • Prior experience in an agency setting is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, especially written
  • Experience in corporate branding
  • Being able to present your ideas to management utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design software as needed

CondoNow Developer Relationship Coordinator

CondoNow – The online marketplace for new homes, brings together those looking for a new home with the information, priority access, professional assistance and expert advice needed to make a sound and educated purchase. Whether you’re an investor or home owner, with CondoNow the path to a smart purchase of a quality new home has never been easier.

Role

As a successful Developer Relationship Coordinator your primary focus will be fostering relationship with builder / developers and demonstrating the value of the CondoNow platform to them. You will work to secure override commission arrangements for developer condo projects, and to secure communication channels within the CondoNow framework to keep the CondoNow website content as up-to-date as possible.

Your secondary focus will be as an advocate for CondoNow Realtor® partners to the developer.

Experience & Skills

The successful candidate will have a majority of the following experience and skills:

University / equivalent degree / Diploma or 2 years’ relevant experience

  • A real estate license, or aspirations to become licensed, or experience within the real-estate sector.
  • Knowledge and keen interest regarding Internet prospecting.

Market Research and Project Coordinator

Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, multitasker who can manage people, projects and has a great phone etiquette. You need to be a team player and change directions quickly. You will be reaching out to Developers and sales centers to get us the most accurate and up-to-date information available, while coordinating with our implementation team to get that information on to CondoNow.com and out to our users!  You must be a self-starter who is passionate about the internet, marketing and entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities

• Identifying & seeking potential Developer clients.
• Website Content Maintenance.
• Website Content Setup.
• Coordinate between clients and CondoNow business development team to implement and refine features.

Account Executive

Role

As a successful Inside Sales candidate, you will have a minimum of two years experience on an inside team in the new home / condo industry and or solution-selling environment.  Your focus will be on the assessment and development of all targeted lead generation and sales, and a commitment to meeting and exceeding sales targets and objectives.  You will learn to effectively pitch prospects in our products and services.  You will qualify new opportunities and move them through the sales cycle and end in a successful close.  The responsibility will be yours to assist in the overall sales growth in a targeted area.  Assist in the management of all lead generation activities such as tradeshows, schedule and manage all webinars, database management, and marketing   research.  Some travel will be required.

We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual who wants to capitalize on the rapid advancement of information technology.  We expect that the niche market we operate in will see significant growth in the future and need a highly motivated Inside Sales Person.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
