Presented by the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC), a council of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), along with Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, The Nationals celebrates North America’s best new-home sales and marketing.
As the Silver winner of the Best Computer Generated Sales Tool, Aareas has also been named a finalist for the Gold Awards which will be announced during the Nationals Gala in Las Vegas on January 21, 2020, in conjunction with the International Builders Show.

The VDC Pro is an online home visualizer/configurator which allows buyers to design, visualize and price their home, from thousands of colors and finishes in real-time in a simple and easy to understand interface.
The configurator intelligently allows buyers to select compatible options and visualize trillions of products and color combinations. Simultaneously, displaying an exact running total of upgrade costs and estimated mortgage impact.
The platform is fully integrated with DocuSign and multiple credit card payment processors, a buyer can sign and pay online, never leaving the comfort of their home, or visit the décor center to touch and feel samples, scan qr codes and visualize the home in 3D on an iPad. The system exports final selection details to major construction management platforms.
