Sales Administrator
Aareas Interactive Inc. is a PropTech company based in North York, ON. We specialize in creating immersive home-buying experiences by providing innovative solutions for virtual home tours, design selection experiences, and photorealistic renderings. Our platform allows potential home buyers to shop, purchase, and make selections using photorealistic virtual homes and communities, both online and in person. We aim to make the home purchase journey as easy and convenient as possible, providing speed, better service, and personalized interaction.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Administrator at Aareas Interactive Inc. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as cold calling, setting up appointments and preparing quotes.
QUALIFICATIONS
The key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience in cold calling with proven results
- Administrative assistance skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, must be tech savvy
- Must be able to read floor plans
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
